What we walked into.
Scalarity runs mid-market and enterprise GTM programs for clients. Recommending AI agents to clients without running them ourselves would have felt hollow.
So we built Helix as our own production agent first. The mandate was simple: prove the pattern on our own outbound before selling it as a capability.
That meant treating it as a real production system from day one: real stack, real guardrails, real measurement, not a pilot or a chat-app demo.

A multi-step prospecting agent that researches, writes, reaches out and qualifies, across email and voice.
Wired into Scalarity's standard stack so it slots into any GTM motion we operate: Pipedrive for CRM, Clay for enrichment, Fireflies for transcripts, Dealfront for intent, ElevenLabs for voice.
Designed to sit alongside a human XDR. Humans handle discovery and high-context conversations, Helix handles the volume work that doesn't need a human in the loop.
