What we walked into.

Inventium is an Australian behaviour-change consultancy with a research-led offer (the Workplace Research Program) that had not yet been tested against paid demand capture. The challenge was proving whether the category was searchable and convertible before committing to a full campaign build.

What we delivered

The shipped work.

Design the demand strategy. Build a contained paid pilot across Google Ads and Meta Ads with a defined spend ceiling and a single clear audience.

Wire conversion capture through GA4 and reporting through Looker Studio. Keep the surface area narrow enough to read cleanly inside one month. Produce a learnings memo that positions the next sprint, not just the result.

Why it worked

The honest read.

Contained pilots read cleaner. One audience, one paid pair, one measurement layer. The launch month produced signal that is actually usable for the next decision. A broad pilot would have blurred it.

Strategy before spend. Pairing the demand strategy with the pilot, rather than treating them as sequential, meant the channel and message choices were grounded in a commercial thesis from the start.
