What we walked into.

Osara Health operates at the intersection of oncology and corporate health across Australian and US markets. Brand search visibility had dropped off the first page, a material problem for a business where credibility is established before any conversation starts.

The constraint was clear. The right engagement was an audit and roadmap, not an open retainer billed against time spent finding the problem.

Run an SEO Plus audit across AU and US markets, assessing 12 major SEO criteria, including security-related factors relevant to a healthcare and PII context where ISO 27001 or HIPAA readiness may be required downstream.

Diagnose using Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console. Surface the priority issues: no-index declaration, missing sitemap, security-header gaps, a backlink profile drifted ~11.5% toxic, and meta-description coverage. Prioritise the remediation roadmap on a traffic-light system. Set clear outcome targets.

Structure the fee against the milestone (brand visibility on page 1), not against hours. Hold the roadmap in Notion, report through Looker Studio.
